Purpose: Recruit 1 Medical Product Information Officer

Eligibility:
1. Must hold Republic of China (Taiwan) citizenship, have no dual nationality, and have household registration in Taiwan.
2. Graduated from a college (including) or higher institution, with at least 200 hours of training courses related to programming, big‑data analytics, and database design, and have relevant work experience in medical informatics.
3. Experience in medical product‑related work, nursing, public health, or certification as a medical management specialist by the Taiwan Society of Medical Management or a medical quality management specialist by the Taiwan Association of Medical Quality is preferred.
1. Examination method: written test and oral interview.

5. After receiving the offer, complete a physical examination within the past 6 months: must be performed at a regional military hospital or a labor‑insurance designated hospital (please check with the Ministry of Labor’s Labor Insurance Bureau), following the annual physical examination items for military personnel; however, persons hired under the regulations of the Act for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Persons with Disabilities are exempt (please attach a photocopy of the disability‑related certification).
4. Job description:
1. Collaborate with the Medical Informatics Office to build, manage, and maintain the medical quality indicator management platform, performing data cleaning, consolidation, validation, and version control of the medical quality indicator database.
2. Proficient with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL), writing SQL queries to support data extraction and analysis tasks.
3. Use programming languages (e.g., Ruby, Python) or MVC framework tools to design and optimize medical product‑related data processing workflows and automated reporting systems.
4. Operate BI software (Tableau) to create visual reports and dashboards, providing decision‑making support for management.
5. Assist units in interfacing and integrating indicator data (including ETL processes), linking with HIS and other medical information systems to ensure data accuracy and real‑time updates.
6. Compile medical quality indicator data required for external audits such as hospital accreditation and certification.
7. Tasks assigned by superiors.
5. Benefits:
1. Monthly salary starting at NT$36,970, plus a medical service allowance (if there is overtime, overtime pay is calculated separately; actual total salary can be consulted with the hospital, the medical service allowance is variable).
2. Year‑end bonus, with labor insurance, health insurance, and annual employee health check.
3. After six months of employment, entitled to 3 days of special leave (including leave bonus), with leave days adjusted according to seniority (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
