Eligibility: Possess pharmacist license(Candidates who passed the national exam and are awaiting license may apply).
1. Examination method: Written test, oral interview. (Selection based on merit).

4. Job description:
1. Outpatient, emergency, inpatient and general medication dispensing operations.
2. Prescription review, medication verification, dispensing, and medication counseling.
3. Drug consultation and explanation of medication usage and precautions.
4. Perform related pharmaceutical tasks in accordance with departmental business needs.
5. Cooperate with scheduling, flexible working hours, day/night shift rotations, and necessary overtime.
6. Other temporary assignments.
5. Salary, benefits and allowances:
1. Base salary
· Starting salary at Grade 3: 46,770 NT$/month (salary and grade increase with seniority, up to 12th level 55,200 NT$/month, with annual adjustments in line with civil service salary policies.)
· Additional grant awarded monthly based on hospital operating conditions.
· 1.5 months year-end bonus (issued according to Executive Yuan regulations).
2. Shift allowance and overtime pay
· Night shift allowance: fixed 1,300 NT$ per shift.
· Including night shift: 1,600 NT$ per shift.
· Small night shift allowance: approximately 400–500 NT$ per shift, issued according to hospital operations and related regulations.
· Overtime pay: handled according to the Labor Standards Act and hospital regulations.
· Overtime can be taken as pay or compensatory leave according to regulations; if choosing pay, based on average outpatient night visits and weekend duty, an additional 4,000–5,000 NT$ per month may be earned.
3. Annual leave bonus
· First-year annual leave bonus approximately 4,800 NT$.
· Increases annually with seniority; after 2 years, can reach up to approximately 16,000 NT$.
4. Annual salary estimate
📌 Total income estimate: annual salary over 900,000 NT$ (including base salary, year-end bonus (estimated 1.5 months), grants (monthly including retention bonus estimated 18,000 NT$), night shift allowance and overtime pay (estimated 5,000 NT$ per month), and annual leave bonus, etc.).

1. The hospital uses a “monthly salary” system; the annual salary is an estimated amount for a full year of service.
2. All grants, medical staff retention grants, and related allowances are issued according to hospital operating conditions and relevant regulations.
3. Grants and medical staff retention grants are not considered regular salary.
4. The hospital adjusts employee salaries in line with the annual salary adjustment policy for civil servants, ensuring stable benefits.
