7. After receiving the admission notice, complete a physical examination within the past 6 months: it must be conducted at a regional military hospital or a labor‑insurance designated hospital (please
check with the Ministry of Labor’s Labor Insurance Bureau), complete the examination according to the annual physical‑examination items for national military personnel; however, according to the rights‑protection regulations for persons with physical and mental disabilities,
persons hired under those provisions are exempt from this requirement (please attach relevant disability certification documents photocopy
copy).
4. Job description:
Receipt and identification of test specimens.
Execution of blood‑draw services for outpatient/ER/health‑examination cases.
Implement quality‑control tasks and instrument maintenance in accordance with departmental policies.
Perform routine, emergency, and health‑examination clinical tests such as urine, blood, coagulation, stool, body fluids, biochemistry, etc.
Adjust clinical operations and handle emergency recall tasks according to departmental policies.
Participate in annual assessments of departmental staff and complete the laboratory personnel training hours required by regulations.
Must complete teaching-related training in accordance with hospital regulations.
According to hospital work requirements, be able to cooperate with overtime and day/night shift duties.
5. Benefits:
Monthly salary is the base salary of NT$36,970, plus medical service allowance bringing it to about NT$47,170 (the actual total salary can be consulted with the hospital; the allowance is variable and issued according to hospital operations and relevant regulations).
Includes year-end bonus (equivalent to 1.5 months of base salary), labor insurance, and health insurance.
Provides birthday gift vouchers, subsidizes the annual membership fee of the Medical Technologists Association, and offers annual employee health examinations, etc.
Overtime pay (according to labor standards law), special leave bonus (NT$1,600 per day), and teaching research incentive payments are calculated separately.
After six months of service, eligible for a 3-day consolation leave, with vacation days adjusted according to seniority (handled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
6. Deadline: Submission of interview documents must be completed by July 20, 115 (Monday) 16:00.
